About

My story

I’m Andrei Sora, a UK-based guitarist, producer, and mixing engineer.

Over the last few years, I have played countless gigs as a solo artist and as part of various bands, and composed and recorded virtuosic guitar music. I'm currently promoting my instrumental rock album Spacetime (2025) with live shows in the United Kingdom and Romania.

As a producer and mixing engineer, I have amassed over 3 million streams with the various artists that I've worked with, in genres ranging from indie, pop to alternative rock and metal. I've had the pleasure of working with BAFTA Award winning artists, had a top 10 song in Austria, and been featured on a plethora of playlists and radio stations worldwide.

I hold a BA (UNBM) in Music and Teaching, a Mst in Musicology (University of Oxford), and a PhD in Musicology (University of Surrey).

I’m Co-Director and Music Producer of Powerjam Bands, an innovative non-profit band academy in Richmond, UK for musicians 11-18. Find out more about Powerjam Bands here.
